In some cases you may be required to place equipment even before cable list(s) are available. In this case you will not know the exact ID that each equipment component should have and may place equipment with an incorrect ID. All equipment placed in Bentley Raceway and Cable Management has to have ID, however, if an incorrect ID is used it can be changed later using the ID Manager.
